As a Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for supporting with;
Attracting and recruiting candidates for internal vacancies
Creating and reviewing job descriptions
Publishing and managing job advertisements
Reviewing and shortlisting applicants CV’s
Utilising ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Arranging interviews and issuing pre interview documents to candidates
Working closely with HR and providing support
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday.
You will be working a standard 37.5 hour week with potential to take overtime. An immediate start is available.
You will need;
Competent ability with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in recruitment processes or HR office
Demonstratable skills in customer service
Excellent communication skills
Desirable;
CIPD / HR Qualification
