As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for supporting with;
Induction and integration of new starters
Dealing with leavers (issuing leavers letters, amending payroll, updating files)
Payroll support (amendments such as contract and benefits changes)
Recruitment (advertising all vacancies, managing recruitment inbox, organising interviews)
General administration such as maintaining files, recording absences and sickness
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday.
You will be working a standard 37.5 hour week with potential to take overtime. An immediate start is available.
You will need;
Competent ability with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in HR Admin (2+ years)
A Level or equivalent qualifications
Desirable;
Experience in a Construction or Engineering sector
CIPD or equivalent
Good knowledge of UK employment law
