The Role:
Our high functioning Talent Acquisition team is growing and looking for a Talent Resourcer to join the Melbourne office. As a Talent Resourcer, you will help build candidate pipelines across our 6 core pillars (Cloud, Data, Digital, Customer Engagement, AI, Cyber Security). You will use LinkedIn recruiter and other tools to strategically source potential candidates, engage them in our open roles and schedule interviews with our talent acquisition specialists.
This is a great opportunity for an entry-level person with some admin or sales experience. We offer in depth onboarding and inductions and have clearly defined career pathways within the Talent and People & Culture team.
Key responsibilities:
- Advertise vacancies on SEEK, LinkedIn and social media and other platforms
- Build talent pipelines in LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK for high priority open roles
- Search for candidates that meet the screening criteria for open roles
- Explore creative talent sourcing techniques including community events and meet-ups
- Engage candidates in open role opportunities through multiple communication channels e.g. LinkedIn, socials etc.
- Screen and short-list candidates for open roles in our ATS
- Book candidate interviews with relevant members of the talent acquisition team
- Work effectively with our recruiting tools and processes
- Think outside of the box and help support marketing initiatives to attract a diverse talent pool
- Help with administrative tasks around VISA applications and offers
- Interacting with internal stakeholders and supporting other people and culture functions from time to time
Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Team player with a proactive and hard working attitude
- Ability to problem solve and make recommendations on improving processes or procedures
- Be passionate about technology!
- Experience with Lever ATS
- Experience using sourcing platforms and tools
- Qualifications in human resources or equivalent
