Location: 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST Monday – Friday in-office in Mount Laurel, NJ HQ office (non-negotiable – must work full-time in-office)

Office Manager Overview:

Responsible for day-to-day operations across company departments. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing support to the various company departments including in Project Management, Human Resources, Office Management, Finance/Accounting and beyond
• Facilitates and tracks all necessary paperwork and medical records between external doctors/facilities and Serva’s nurses and patients, including processing (fax, email, shipment) and correspondence
• Organizes and manages the status of patient medical records with a keen eye for detail
• Navigate our internal system, ServaCore, to update medical records
• Manage all office-related external relationships including vendor and building management
• Support the finance and accounting functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of A/R, A/P, financial ing and tax activities
• HR administrative tasks such as supporting office training, staffing/hiring activities, background checks, employee files, etc.
• Keeps company up-to-date on mandatory government compliances such as training, documentation practices, and beyond
• Implements new systems and processes to increase company efficiency

Office Manager Requirements:

• Education: Completed Associate’s Degree or higher required
• Experience: 2+ years recent experience in office administration within a healthcare environment
• Technology skills required:
  • Electronic patient records documentation within a healthcare software
  • Comfort working within multiple systems at once
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Strong data entry, especially in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to type 50+ WPM
  • Faxing / emailing / shipping (FedEx/UPS) and tracking confidential documentation on strict deadlines
  • Bookkeeping / Quickbooks experience a plus
  • Smartsheets a plus
• Other skills required:
  • Experience with building management and vendor relationships
