Reporting to the Department’s Head of Corporate Services, you will provide strategic direction and leadership in the development of high quality, innovative strategies, policies and procedures to develop our current and future workforce.
Your team is responsible for providing a range of effective support and guidance around people issues. The team’s remit is broad and challenging, encompassing areas such as: payroll, talent management, learning & development, resourcing, performance management and diversity & inclusion.
You will engage with peers within the Senior Management Team in Corporate Services, colleagues at all levels across the SFO, and with peers across government HR.
