The Job:

The Marketing Communication Coordinators will play an active role in the tactical implementation of Sergio Tacchini’s global marketing strategy. 

This role will report directly to the brand’s Marketing Director.

The Daily:

• Marketing Calendar Management / Communication:  Manage marketing calendar with the Marketing Director.  Update and distribute calendar and related information to marketing team and global partners to coordinate strategic alignment and cohesive branding. 
• Global Content Management:   Organize and distribute content based on the marketing calendar.  Distribute to PR, Global Partners, Internal Ecom team, Retail Partners, etc.
• Content Creation:  Coordinate and produce content shoots.  Work closely with Marketing Director and Creative Director to research locations, models, set designs, photographers, videographer, etc.  Manage set calendar, call sheet and budget with the marketing lead.
• Global Marketing Meetings:  Participate in bi-monthly Global Marketing Meetings, keeping minutes, providing follow up action item lists, and distributing information as needed on projects globally.
• POP Retail Marketing Coordination:  Manage retail POP Display for retailers internationally. 
• Social Media Support:   Research to enhance social media channels:  IG, FB, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Etc.  Work closely with the marketing team and social media coordinator to enhance the overall audience experience.  Participate in content creation ideation and execution.
• Work closely with the Ecom team to ensure all necessary digital asset information is distributed with clear action items and timelines aligning with the marketing calendar and activities.
• Support marketing team, as needed, during company events and activities.

The Essentials:

• Excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, efficient, detail-oriented, meets deadlines on time, accountable, and enthusiastic.
• 5+ Years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and to work under pressure.
