Serenity Dental Woodbury is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and scheduling appointments
• Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
• Managing patient information and insurance data
• Collecting payments and issuing receipts
• Maintaining a clean and organized front office

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a customer service or receptionist role
• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and dental practice management software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work well in a team environment
