Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage inbound leads generated through marketing channels, such as phone calls, emails, and web inquiries.
• Confirm appointments with potential customers, ensuring accurate scheduling and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales team and project managers to dispatch the appropriate resources for site visits and estimates.
• Maintain a systematic and organized approach to managing leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and status updates.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from potential customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze lead data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure all relevant lead information is accurately entered into the company’s CRM system for proper tracking and ing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in confirmation and dispatch for roofing leads, with a proven track record of successful lead management.
