About You

You are a driven, innovative and process driven individual with experience in administration or coordination, preferably from a HR or recruitment function. You will have the ability to manage competing priorities and adjust to changing work demands, with high proficiency in MS Office and exceptional customer service skills.

About the Role

In this role you will provide significant administration support to the Talent Acquisition function within the Shared Service Centre (Adelaide) and across the broader national team. You will efficiently manage the inboxes (including queries and recruitment requests), distribute internal newsletters, conduct monthly compliance audits and be the first point of call for the 1800 MyHR phone line, along with other administrative duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour Previous administration and / or customer service experience in a fast paced, high volume environment Experience supporting a human resource/ recruitment function is preferred Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritise and manage competing and changing work demands High attention to detail
