This role leads a talent acquisition solution end to end across a number of contracts/portfolios. What to expect if you join the challenge:

In our national Talent Acquisition team, you’ll work within a large team of passionate and supportive recruiters who work across a vast range of sectors supporting both new and highly established service contracts. More specifically for this role, you’ll be leading teams of recruiters on day to day activities using an agile approach to activity-based leading. We use transparent, collaborative planning to align all activities and targets to the overall strategy and to report on output and progress with our operations and workforce planning teams.
You’ll be supported and developed in the role which has a strong project leadership focus. We are embarking on some exciting developments for our systems to hone how we manage the candidate experience and more broadly on how we manage the data transition from talent pool/engagement through to payroll, on-boarding and success. We hire in volume so this role is all about efficiency and delivering on large workforces in the thousands. What you’ll bring:

You will enjoy driving actions to remove hurdles and find opportunities for process improvement at every minute of the day. The candidate experience will be at the heart of what you do. You’ll have an eye for detail but always working from the big picture strategy; taking your team along with you on the journey. You’ll be agile in your prioritising and allocating of activities to optimise outcomes.
