About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Talent Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing high volume, quality recruitment and selection support to a variety of Business Leads within the Defence & Facilities Management space. This is inclusive of strategic and administrative recruitment activities. The key to this role will be strong stakeholder engagement, ability to follow process, a tenacity to find unicorns in the market and resilience to work in an ever-changing environment.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in all elements of the recruitment process including attraction, qualifying, assessing, assessment centres and candidate management systems

Demonstrated experience within a highly compliant / administrative environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with an influential style

Commitment to continually improving the candidate and hiring manager experience

Desirable

ICT experience, knowledge and/or qualifications

Marketing insights, thinking outside the square
