Interested? We’re looking for a recruitment administrator/support officer to join our Talent Management team within an exciting Healthcare Business Unit. You’ll need to ideally have demonstrated administration and customer or stakeholder management experience and a qualification in HR, Business Administration or similar (but not essential).

This is a rare opportunity to kick-start your recruitment journey by starting in a supportive role to a team of 9 Talent Business Partners based in Adelaide.

As a key part of our team, you will:
Complete general administration tasks such as compliance checklists and audits

Read, download, and assess digital reference checks

Conduct phone screens for some roles

Assist the recruitment team with candidate talent pooling

Manage governance and administration of adhoc projects

Compile and complete all onboarding documents for payroll

Plus, once you become proficient in these tasks, our dynamic and friendly team will invest in your training and upskilling to learn other recruitment tasks such as sourcing, conducting interviews, managing stakeholders and more.
