About the Role

Based at Macquarie Park, you will be responsible for providing high volume, quality recruitment and selection to support our Whole of Government (WOG) Schools Contract primarily within NSW (Hills, Ryde, North Sydney & Peninsula) This is inclusive of strategic and administrative recruitment activities. The key to this role will be working closely with the operations team to transition current subcontractors to be replaced with in-house cleaners as well as “business as usual” recruitment. You will have a demonstrated ability to follow process, a tenacity to find solutions and resilience to work in an ever-changing environment.

Experience in all elements of the recruitment process including attraction, qualifying, assessing, assessment centres and candidate management systems
