In our national Talent Acquisition team, you’ll work within a large team of passionate and supportive recruiters who work across a vast range of sectors supporting both new and highly established service contracts. More specifically for this role, you’ll be supporting teams of recruiters on day to day activities using an agile approach to activity-based working. We use transparent, collaborative planning to align all activities and targets to the overall strategy and to report on output and progress with our operations and workforce planning teams. What this means quite simply is you will work hard on daily activities like:

Phone Screening Candidates

Processing applications documents

Helping to deliver attraction campaigns

Helping deliver on-boarding activities

You’ll be supported and developed in the role which has a strong candidate engagement and process development focus. We are embarking on some exciting developments for our systems to hone how we manage the candidate experience and more broadly on how we manage the data transition from talent pool/engagement through to payroll, on-boarding and success. We hire in volume so this role is all about efficiency and delivering on large workforces in the thousands. What you’ll bring:
