Serco Hiring for Customer Service Advisor Full Time

As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll be the first point of contact for one of our public services. Involving both inbound and outbound calls, the people you speak to will have a range of questions or concerns – and using a calm and considered approach you’ll provide important support and advice at a time of need, recording this in the relevant systems as you go.

This is a home based position however you need to live within the 15 miles radius of Liverpool.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £9.90-£10.90 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
