Sera Talent Hiring for Campus Recruiting Specialist at New York, NY Full Time

We are supporting our Investment Firm client in the search for a Campus Recruiting Specialist to join their team. This is a full time, direct hire position in New York, NY. The successful candidate will be able to source, recruit, and retain campus level talent into the organization and raise awareness of opportunities at the Investment Firm.

Responsibilities

• Be a direct point of contact for campus related activities and inquiries
• Maintain a high level of awareness of the campus recruitment industry and the latest recruiting trends
• Design, plan and manage campus events strategy and programs, communication, and follow up
• Develop and maintain relationships with key hiring managers and campus staff
• Advertise and promote event and open positions and internships
• Brainstorm and innovate new and creative ways to identify, engage and interact with campus level talent
• Provide s on recruitment activity, candidate selection, hiring trends, and other aspects of recruiting/sales

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of previous experience in campus recruiting required (banking or financial services preferred but not required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
• Strong event planning and project management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
