POSITION TITLE: Digital Marketing Manager

BASIC DESCRIPTION: ON-SITE (not remote) To assist in the development, implementation, management, and tracking of the marketing and branding efforts of our companies (including the on-line stores) with a strategic vision and a creative work product using current and emerging technologies and work with internal and outsourced resources to achieve desired outcomes.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Portray professionalism on behalf of our companies at all times
• Work and communicate well with all employees, vendors, consultants, etc.
• Meet or beat deadlines
• Manage projects in an extremely organized, well-documented manner
• Be accountable and reliable

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead/assist with the creation of marketing pieces, email campaigns, brochures/flyers, etc.
• Lead/assist with the development/implementation/management/tracking of marketing/email/etc. campaigns and on same regularly to management
• Manage the development/optimization/maintenance of our social media presence to expand reach, create engagement, and drive traffic to our websites
• Manage key metrics of products sold on our websites to ensure competitiveness
• Manage Google keywords on a weekly basis
• Manage consistency of branding
• Create/maintain organized, easy-to-find electronic files
• Manage/coordinate marketing vendor/consultant relationships
• Perform analysis of sales data to provide insight and recommendations to improve the customer experience and significantly increase sales
• Review Google ads on a weekly basis and make recommendations on improvements
• Assist with documenting internal business processes
• Assist with managing our web, Amazon, and eBay stores
• Assist with processing web-based orders
• Administrative support of sales and marketing
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite-Outlook, Word, Publisher, Access, and Excel
• Advanced proofreading skills
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud/Illustrator/related
• Advanced SEO, Google analytics, Google ads experience
• Experience with Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
