Sepsis Alliance Hiring for Senior Clinical Education Manager at Remote Full Time

Position Summary

Sepsis Alliance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Clinical Education Manager to join our team of passionate professionals. Sepsis Alliance is experiencing a period of record growth and impact and is looking to add clinical operational support to the provider education and training programs to improve sepsis awareness and readiness across the continuum of care and continuum of career.

Responsibilities

The Senior Clinical Education Manager is a key member of the Provider Education and Training team and is expected to collaborate with colleagues across the organization to manage healthcare professional education activities, including conferences, webinars and roundtables, and relationship management with several subject matter experts.

Specific responsibilities include:
Manage operations of multiple provider education projects and educational activities in parallel

Assist in managing and growing the Sepsis Alliance Institute and Sepsis Alliance Clinical Community

Serve as Conference/Sepsis Alliance Summit Project Manager

Maintain knowledge of adult-learning principles and incorporate those principles in managing the development of provider education and training programs

Assist in identifying topics and speakers for sepsis clinical education content across the continuum of care

Assist in ensuring clinical content is accurate and up to date

Work with the Sepsis Alliance team and subject matter experts to develop new content for clinical training

Work with subject matter experts to develop descriptions and learning objectives for content

Always uses effective customer service / interpersonal skills.

Seek new opportunities to innovate, expand, and improve upon Sepsis Alliance’s Provider Education & Training programs and initiatives

Support Sepsis Alliance’s Marketing & Communications team by collaborating around key education communications, timing, and content

Participate in live webinars to track incoming questions from learners

Attend key conferences representing Sepsis Alliance

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Experience and Qualifications:
Medical conference planning experience

Project and program management experience

Experience using project management tools

Learning management system experience, EthosCE a plus

Clinical experienced preferred, but not required

Knowledge of sepsis care, management, and education preferred

Continuing medical education and accreditation experience a plus

Strong creative, analytical and interpersonal skills along with a high degree of personal and professional integrity

Technologically savvy with demonstrated proficiency with MS Office/Office 365 Suite and CRMs with Salesforce preferred.

Excellent writing and communication skills

Ability to manage and juggle multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously

Ability to work independently, highly motivated, and self-directed

Interest and ability to suggest new projects and process improvement opportunities

Genuine interest in making change happen and doing good in the world

Able to travel to a limited number of events as needed

Encouraged to consider obtaining Certified Healthcare Professional Development (CPD) Professional CHCP credential through the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions (ACEhp)
