We are searching for a passionate Talent Partner who can join our team of Fraud Fighters to help us on our journey. You will support the growth of our Go To Market division at Seon. You will be part of our People team where you will be responsible for attracting and sourcing the best talent to support Seon’s future growth.

The core of this role is the smooth running of the interview lifecycle ensuring every candidate has a fair and seamless experience. You will also be responsible for candidate attraction and stakeholder management across multiple locations and timezones.

What You’ll do:

• Take ownership of all aspects of the Go To Market recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts and conducting interviews
• Build a strong employer brand and attracting both the obvious and potential talent
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and create candidate searches, shortlists, and the selection strategy
• Be a brand ambassador – engaging and cultivating your network through Meetups, webinars and new innovative approaches

What you bring:

• Proven experience as an in-house recruiter that has worked for a startup or scaleup
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience hiring for all non-tech roles (sales, marketing, finance, etc.)
• Dedication to creating a more diverse and equitable work environment
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing needs and generate new solutions to recruiting challenges.
• Critical and data-driven approach to manage candidate pipelines and stakeholders.
• Interview and assessment skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.
• Strong problem solving skills and proven history of building processes from the ground up.

• Experience using Social Media to attract talent
• Building and managing diverse candidate pipelines
• Excellent technical skills; in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking technology

• Thirty minute interview with a Senior Stakeholder
• Thirty minute Recruitment Assessment to present to Head of TA and VP of People
• Thirty minute interview to meet with the Team
