As a Digital Marketing Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing a talented team of writers and content strategists. You will oversee the entire content lifecycle from conception to execution, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with our content marketing strategies. Your leadership will play a vital role in shaping our content processes and the success of our campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Managing a Team of Writers and Content Strategists: Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated professionals in delivering top-notch content that aligns with our clients’ objectives.

Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee content projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Oversee Content Quality and Strategies: Monitor and manage content quality across various channels, including SEO, paid media, content marketing, email marketing, etc. Implement and adapt content strategies to maximize impact.

Improving Content Processes: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the content team.

Hiring Digital Marketing Copywriters and Content Strategists: Take an active role in the hiring process, identifying top talent that fits our culture and needs.

Help with Company Content Training: Develop and facilitate training programs to enhance the team’s skills and understanding of best practices in digital marketing content creation.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience managing a team, preferably in a digital marketing or content creation environment.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects to success.
• Experience with SEO copywriting and understanding of SEO best practices.
• Copy editing experience, ensuring content is error-free and aligns with brand voice and style guidelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
