SentiLink Hiring for Technical Recruiter (Remote, US-based) at San Francisco, CA Full Time

Role:

We are looking to hire a Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team! As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll have the ability to make an immediate impact with wide-ranging responsibilities including actively sourcing and qualifying candidates, driving tech hiring strategies, owning full-cycle recruiting, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Ideal candidates come with a strong understanding of the technology industry and have experience filling roles across different departments in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a great candidate experience through effective communication and consistent follow through
• Own full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates
• Conduct behavioral based interviews to assess both technical baseline as well as skills to be successful in a startup environment
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies; Build a diverse pipeline of candidates leveraging LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing methods
• Hire values-aligned individuals to contribute to Sentilink’s mission
• Engage and partner with the hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
• Coach and guide hiring managers on recruiting best practices, processes, interviewing/assessment strategies and tools

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally at a startup or high-growth technology company
• Experience working with an ATS and other related platforms, preferably Lever or Greenhouse & LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proven ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive hiring goals
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States

Salary Range:

• $100,000/year – $130,000/year
