About the Opportunity

We are seeking an individual to help build a new Training & Education business division.

We are committed to the skill development of Sensory Evaluation professionals & their adjacent team members (e.g., Product Development, Marketing, Marketing Research) through Client & Public courses and workshops grounded in Sensory Science/Sensory Evaluation principals.

Reporting to the Director of Training and Education, you will be working collaboratively across functions to transform technical content into engaging and interactive learning experiences and to develop best practices for content management & delivery.

The primary role is to create and regularly prioritize a plan to progress from, a selected LMS-technology shell, to a fully functioning library of content, which is designed to drive individual skill progress, as well as business capability and performance.

The person in this position will be home-based / remote.

Training Development Responsibilities, Competencies & Skills

• Conduct training needs assessments and build training curriculums
• Design and develop training materials for multiple modalities using multiple tools, including:
• MS Word & PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline 360, Wondershare Filmora and Audacity

• Plan and execute training launches
• Research emerging learning and development practices, methods, and tools to apply to training strategy

Create a Service Model Delivery

• Design, deploy, and constantly improve processes
• Define and Maintain Roles & Processes
• Create training standards
• Establish & Report Learning/Training Metrics

Develop Alliances to Implement Quickly & Successfully

• Collaborate with internal and external experts, and 3rd party vendors
• With functional and technical leaders identify vendors/third party providers network

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
