We help mattress manufacturer’s measure body pressure on their mattresses, so you’ll sleep soundly. Products like ours help food packagers keep your food safe from infection and spoilage, and the folks who build and test the brakes on your car use pressure sensors to keep your family safe from harm.

We are searching for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to work in our Madison, NJ office. The individual will be responsible for providing technical customer support for all our various products, including both software and hardware. Additionally, you’ll engage in software testing, through our various stages of software developments and design providing feedback, insight and suggestions to the team. You need to not only be resourceful and wear many hats, but be capable of thriving in an autonomous environment that works at a fast pace. You’ll successfully juggle 5, 6 and sometimes more projects simultaneously. The role also will include image analysis and processing as well as occasional pressure sensor testing (we’ll train you well on these topics so not to worry).

Responsibilities include:

· Provide technical support to our clients;

· Assist sales team with product demonstrations;

· Perform extensive testing and bug identification our various software’s;

· Perform image analyses and interpretations related to our pressure sensor products;

· Testing of new sensors we develop

· Statistical tests on new softwares we develop

Requirements:

· College degree in the science or other such technically oriented study;

· Strong computer and software competency and comfort level

· Technically oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
