Senso Design is looking for a responsible and professional individual to join our established team in Markham location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, kitchens & interior design and understanding of the renovation process.

Responsibilities

• Being responsible for overall sales process present cabinetry designs, quotes, and contracts to clients
• Meeting with customers to discuss their project requirements
• Collecting renovations scope of work, interacting with prospects and company clients
• Assisting with design of kitchens, closets and bathroom cabinets
• Various office administrative tasks

Experience/Knowledge Required:

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchens & interior design and renovation sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Have excellent customer service skills, along with administrative abilities to schedule one-to-one consultations and to follow up with orders in progress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Problem solver, team player, reliable, optimistic and approachable

Job highlights:

• $3,000 base per month with no ceiling cap commission

Experience:

• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
• Kitchen Interior design: 1 year (Preferred)
• Interior renovation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Construction knowledge is considered an asset but not required
• Class G License and accessible Vehicle

Qualifications

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary: $40,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
