Software Engineer, Clearance Required – TS / SCI w / Polygraph

Please note, this position requires all candidates to currently possess an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance with a Polygraph.

This position is not an opportunity to be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance.

The Challenge :

The Sponsor requires a team that will develop and provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for applications and manage data science programs and systems for data aggregation, data analytics, data summarization, and data visualization on structured and unstructured datasets.

How We Meet the Challenge :

The Contractor shall provide O&M, system engineering and continued application development for a suite of custom web based data analytic tools.

The Contractor, with Sponsor oversight, will engage with the users of the applications to provide enhancements and generate ideas for new tools that can be added to the application suite.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Use existing enterprise services rather than building single-purpose solutions; any deviations require prior approval via the Sponsor-approved waiver process.
• Catalog, manage, and protect application data using enterprise services.
• Fully describe and document mission solution architecture and interfaces, with any deviation requiring prior approval via the Sponsor-approved waiver process.
• Ensure each new application or system enhancement meets agreed upon performance SLAs for system up-time, concurrent users, and system recovery.
• Monitor each application to provide status awareness and include a resolution plan for the application in the event of its failure.
• Comply with the Sponsor’s Risk Management (i.e., cyber security) Framework to ensure that the program addresses and mitigates vulnerabilities and risks identified throughout the lifecycle of the project.
