Position Summary:
In this strategic role, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and recruiting top mid to senior-level professionals that will contribute to our company’s growth and success. This role will serve as a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert on the SSF Human Resources Talent Acquisition team, ing to the Director of Human Resources. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is skilled with natural relationship-building skills, and enjoys collaborating with business partners, hiring managers, college campus personnel, and team members to identify and recruit high caliber talent for multiple Firm departments including audit, tax, consulting, and administration.
