Sense Arena Canada inc. is Looking for Logistic and Customer Care Specialist Full Time

We are seeking a Logistic and Customer Care Specialist to be responsible for shipping of Canadian orders and be the primary contact for Sense Arena’s customers. The ecosystem of internal and external teams is spread between North America and Europe. All communication is in English.

Main responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact for Sense Arena’s customer experience – answering phone, e-mail or customer questions from social media SA channels, and actively make outbound calls to customers.
• Assist with identifying problematic issues and concerns & help resolve them.
• Shipping of the CA orders, taking care about stock and inventory.
• Ability to reply to technical questions about the products – hockey and tennis.
• Support our Business Development team on assigned accounts to promote high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction, and product demos.

Qualifications:

• Customer service-oriented and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team setting in addition to working independently.
• Hockey or Tennis knowledge and network preferred.
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficient

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $54,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Supplemental pay types:
