The Financial Analyst will assist the finance team by being responsible for company level business and financial analysis.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
• Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis and reporting related to the Company’s operational expenses
• Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes for all operational expense budgets
• Identify opportunities for performance efficiencies and cost improvements across the organization, working directly with the VP of Finance
• Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations and policies
• Develop models that help with decision-making for the Finance department and the Corporate Executive team
• Other responsibilities as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA a plus.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, and other related fields.
• Experience with a fully integrated manufacturing ERP system is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
• Has the strong ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing at all levels
• Attention to accuracy and detail required
