Accounting Clerk (Remote)

Summary:

Seniorly is an open marketplace modernizing senior living in the face of the impending Age Wave. We help families and older adults find the right senior living option for their needs and budget by combining advanced technology and high-touch support. Seniorly currently supports over 4.5 million visitors every year on their senior living journey.

The Accounting Clerk will work with our CFO and Accountant to assist in accounting and finance functions. The Accounting Clerk will work on a variety of projects including running our invoicing, collections, and 3rd party financial reporting. You will maintain financial reports for the management team and investors, and assist in continuing to integrate new technology and financial processes.

What you will do:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Use our internal CRM to create and distribute invoices to our customers

• Ownership of collections in partnership with our account management team

• Work with our CFO to answer questions and close our monthly books

• Work with department heads to create expense reports and budgets

• Manage all insurance policies

• Work with HR team to support new and existing employees

What we are looking for:

• 3+ Years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting

• Knowledge of GAAP principles

• Expert in Quickbooks

• Experience using CRMs

• Experience working with teams

• Excellent references upon request

Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000
