WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Management of the employee records and files system
• Conduct reference checks, employment verifications, and unemployment insurance requests
• Manage company sponsored social media accounts used for recruitment purposes; creating graphics and content
• Design and creation of universal company documents and forms
• Establish and run the Employee Clubs, Committees, and Newsletter programs
• Benefits administration including conducting employee meetings, email correspondence, document filing and enrollments
• Plan and execute employment satisfaction and engagement programs and activities.
• Aid in employee relations issues as needed
• Assist in talent acquisition recruiting efforts when needed
• Knowledge of all administrative and office management duties including (but not limited to) scanning, copying, faxing paperwork, answering the phone, supply ordering, key inventory management, and all mailing duties.
