Senior Nannies Home Care Services LLC Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist at Delray Beach, FL Full Time

Senior Nannies, Florida’s premier in home private registry is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Fort Lauderdale office to run ads and onboard Nurses and Certified Caregivers. (At least 1 year of Healthcare Recruiting Preferred)

The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking to new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate’s potential through clever questionnaires. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone
• Qualify candidates based on interview feedback and application reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
• Daily use of Applicant Tracking System and other online job boards
• Use of strategic Boolean strings and searches to find the right candidates
• Collect documents, certifications and licenses from candidates while uploading them in a timely manner to our CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of fast-paced Recruiting experience
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
• Experience with ATS and CRM systems
• Comfortable and professional on the phone and in-person meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
