Senior Helpers – Madison Hiring for Recruiter Full Time

Senior Helpers, the nations premier provider of in-home senior care, is seeking to hire a Recruiter to join our team on the East side of Madison! As a Senior Helpers Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide compassionate care and improve the quality of life for our clients’, their families, and our employees. You will do this by sourcing and recruiting the best candidates that align to our clients’ needs and our core values.

Pay: $50,000- $60,000

Sign on BONUS– $1000 paid out after initial probationary period of 90 days.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:00p

Location: On-site, on the East side of Madison

Core Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting, interviewing and selection of all new caregivers
• Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Collaborate with department managers and leads on hiring needs
• Represent company at internal and external job fairs, college campuses, and other locations throughout the community
• Creates, posts, and maintains job advertisements on job boards and social media
• Schedules in-person interviews based on pre-screen results of suitable candidates to move forward in interview process
• Back up Human Resources Manager with employee relations assistance and other duties as assigned
• Participate in after hours on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Prior experience with online candidate sourcing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Detailed oriented and strong time management skills
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees
• Collaborated in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience recruiting in a healthcare or homecare setting prefered
