Job Description

The Intake Manager would contribute and lead the business growth by managing all potential and new services for clients. Operates business in a manner that adheres to all policies and procedures of the company.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Primary contact for all inquiry calls. This is a high-volume position.
• Responsible for the growth of revenue, quality of service, and all operational aspects of the business related to potential and new clients.
• Manages potential client policies and procedures.
• Responsible for managing intake emails.
• Responsible for follow-up with all potential inquiries that have not booked assessments. This includes but is not limited to: sending marketing material to all inquiries, managing Care Manager follow-ups on assessments that did not lead to business, and making follow-up phone calls.
• Responsible for submitting weekly s regarding all inquiries.
• Responsible for providing the scheduling, care management, and human resources departments with communication that will help make them successful.
• Responsible for attending daily meetings.
• Responsible for training the team on the client inquiry process.
• Assist the team in any projects that will improve operations
• Develops policies and procedures related to operations that will improve the company’s standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

• 4+ years of healthcare experience required.
• 1+ year in management if preferred.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel.
• Strong computer experience in Microsoft Office.
• Must have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution.
