The Position:

As the Talent & Performance Coordinator, you will support HR on all full cycle recruiting and performance management efforts. This role is responsible for developing a flexible high volume recruitment strategy that attracts and retains talent. The Talent & Performance Coordinator also handles the initial hiring manager intake sessions, posting positions, mining candidate resumes, scheduling onsite interviews, and developing behavioral interview guides. This role is also responsible for administering Senior’s performance management process and supporting HR with generalist duties.

What You Will Do:

• Develop recruitment strategies for hourly and salary roles
• Spearhead Senior Flexonics’ the full cycle recruitment process to include selection, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to identify open positions performance profiles
• Manage the Kallidus Recruit and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Proactive communication to hiring managers regarding recruitment status
• Develop and deploy a recruitment dashboard
• Analyze hiring and labor trends to adapt recruiting strategy
• Manage Senior’s performance management process.
• Support Human Resources team with generalist duties when necessary

What You Bring:

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in a related field bachelor’s degree preferred field
• Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Experience in behavioral interviewing techniques
• Knowledge of performance management processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and high levels of emotional intelligence
• Self-accountability & Ownership
• An elevated sense of urgency driving accurate results
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
