What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on sourcing and recruiting of candidates in EMEA and APAC.
What you will be doing:
As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Director, Global Recruiting and collaborating with the Human Resources team to deliver an enjoyable and efficient candidate experience globally.
You will help to build a strong pipeline of talented candidates via various platforms including direct candidate outreach, your market knowledge of the regions and your ability to connect with candidates. You will be responsible for recruitment on a global scale.
Focus on full cycle recruitment for EMEA and APAC, along with other global roles
Help us hire great talent globally through developing a deep understanding of our culture and hiring manager requirements.
Identify channels to source and recruit diverse candidates and build pipelines of suitable profiles
Own the recruiting funnel- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
Engage regularly with the hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers throughout the full recruiting cycle
Provide a friendly, organized and inviting candidate experience for all Semperis applicants
What you will bring:
A passion for speaking to people and having an impact on their career path
Previous experience in global, high growth organizations, or combined staffing agency.
4+ years of previous experience working as a Global Recruiter
Knowledge of recruitment software (ATS systems)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in developing and handling talent network and pipelines
Successful experience in handling multiple searches, and hiring managers, at different stages at the same time
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and interview process management
Above average problem solving and organizational skills
You go the extra mile for candidates and for your team. You are always thinking of new ways to enhance the candidate experience and put smiles on peoples’ faces
Bonus Points:
Degree in Human Resources, Communications or similar
Recruitment experience in technology-centric organizations
