Position Summary:

Semper Solaris is continuing to expand and looking for a top-notch Recruiter to join our team! Under the general direction of the HR Recruiting Manager, the Recruiter performs a wide variety of comprehensive duties.

A successful recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, and can assess candidates’ skills, experience and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.

Duties:

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and requirements with hiring managers
• Perform full cycle recruitment including phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up with hiring managers
• Manage job postings on job boards and social media
• Complete timely reporting on recruiting metrics
• Performing other tasks as requested by the HR Recruiting Manager

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing full cycle recruiting
• Prior experience recruiting for construction or solar preferred
• Skilled with technology and comfortable with multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and candidates simultaneously under minimal supervision
• Experience using Microsoft Office

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
