Role: The Clinical Customer Educator, supports the SSI Sales team with customer education and training programs that align with business strategies. The Clinical Customer Educator is responsible for leadership, coaching, support, development and partnering with SSI sales and the Clinical Development team in providing coordination of internal and external stakeholder trainings, with efficient and effective problem resolution. Additionally, they collaborate with Clinical Development and the Quality Analytics Department to assist with customer suggestions in the development and implementation of new clinical education processes and to drive change that directly involves other organizations besides their own.

Role & Responsibilities:

The person in this role is accountable for working with internal and external stakeholders across the business, analyze drivers of customer satisfaction, develop and execute plans to address customer service and quality concerns.

· Utilize skills, clinical and technical expertise, product functional and technical knowledge to lead the SSI sales and quality teams in product knowledge that support sales growth and meet company goals.

· Execute standardized clinical education and training processes for on-site and remote stakeholder trainings.

· Evaluate current program objectives, metrics and work with key stakeholders to maintain procedural adoption and outcomes.

· Provide suggestions and tools to help move strategies and programs forward from development through the planning and implementation phases.

· Monitor, report and analyze the success of assigned customer medical education.

· Responsible for keeping abreast of updates in technology and providing recommendations for early PAD diagnosis, monitoring and reporting to the Clinical Services team.

· Project lead for stakeholder standardized clinical education programs and delivers training using primarily virtual tools and skills to internal SSI sales and other identified departments, stakeholder trainers, clinical staff and providers.

· Develop relationships with Medical Directors and team leads of stakeholder organizations to coordinate training programs for medical staff.

· Collaborates with Customer Education leadership on the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of internal and external stakeholder training programs.

· Conducts, monitors, reports and analyzes the success of assigned medication education in clinical and virtual settings and reports back to Customer Education Department and Account Managers.

· Support evaluations of customer education programs to improve utilization of system and stakeholder’s business goals.

· Maintain health care and product knowledge to address competitive issues as it relates to product demonstration, training, and sales process.

· Manages and completes other projects and duties as assigned.

Skills & Knowledge:
· RN with AS or bachelor’s degree and clinical experience in IR, Cardiovascular Nursing, or Primary Care

o 5 or more years Clinical Acute Care experience

o 2 or more years Commercial Clinical Support or Education experience

o Successful customer service management experience, with at least 3 years public presentation and training

o Participation in medical research studies is a benefit

· RVT or other Medical Tech with AS or bachelor’s degree in vascular ultrasound, nursing, life sciences, or a related field.

o 5 or more years Clinical Cardiovascular Ultrasound experience

o 2 or more years Commercial Clinical Support or Education experience

o Successful customer service management experience, with at least 3 years public presentation and training experience

o Ability to independently provide vascular ultrasound testing as part of advanced training programs

o Participation in medical research studies is a benefit

· Self-starter and team player mindset able to determine and drive appropriate communications approaches with limited direction across cross functional teams

· Strong work ethic, professionalism, business judgment and keen attention to detail

· Positive attitude and willingness to be flexible to meet business and customer needs

· Results-driven individual with the ability to work in a multi-deadline-driven environment

· Ability to develop and maintain strong and productive relationships with internal sales/technical teams, physicians, practice managers, and medical professionals within stakeholders’ organizations

· Excellent communication skills including presentation skills, writing and active listening

· Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%). Must live within 1 hour of major airport

· Medical device experience preferred, ideally in Cardiovascular diagnostics

· Advanced knowledge of Windows/Office 365, Salesforce, and data analytics programs a plus

Pay: $105,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
