Now, you don’t have to be an art specialist – but an excitement to learn about the industry and its stakeholders is a must.

Because we serve artists, ensuring they receive attribution and earnings anytime their brilliant creations are reproduced digitally or physically.

The Opportunity

We’re searching for a multi-skilled content producer to:

• Lead the social/community content strategy and production
• Own and manage all our socials
• Come up with content ideas for socials: posts, blogs/editorials, long and short-form videos, and EDMs
• Produce awesome content: Write copy for captions and blogs, design static posts and any image collateral required, edit short-form videos (and ideally long-form as well)
• Coordinate freelance videographers across the world to film our global stable of artists
• Schedule content so that we’re always seen as active and can capitalise on key posting times
• Publish content and monitor performance to inform your content strategy
• Grow our socials with strategic follows, profile commenting, and other strategies
• Maintain and organise Seminal’s in-house video equipment.

Requirements:

• University degree (would put a cross through this if the formatting let me – definitely not a must)
• Social media guru: you breathe digital content: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok – you’re all over it
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
• Strong design skills: Figma and Photoshop primarily, but other tools are a bonus
• Video editing skills: Premiere Pro (knowing your way around a camera is a big bonus)
• No specific years of experience required – attitude and hunger are of most importance – but we do need to see some evidence of your work
• A big plus if you have a proven track record of growing social accounts
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction (be an owner with initiative)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
