Digital, Social and Event Marketing Specialist Job Responsibilities:

The FläktGroup SEMCO Digital, Social and Event (DSE) Marketing Specialist is responsible for the planning, development and execution of digital, social media and event marketing. This position s to the Vice President of Marketing and will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing cost effective digital marketing programs and communications that drive sales and supports lead generation and opportunity nurture.

Responsibilities include:

Website, Social, Email, Content Management System

• Plan, development, and execution of national, multimedia digital programs and product launch/general campaigns—including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, email marketing, content management system, mobile, and other appropriate projects that stretch the limits of how to inform and better serve customers.
• Own the marketing automation tool(s) (e.g., HubSpot) and conditional marketing automation campaigns processes; determine marketing technology and infrastructure requirements from a cross-functional team of stakeholders.
• Lead ongoing management of digital touch points, including website, social networking landing pages, and mobile.
• Manage digital media agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules. Work with VP of Marketing and 3rd Party agencies to decide on appropriate placement of advertising and decide on appropriate demographics.
• Own and maintain website analytics, metrics, and campaign ing. Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.
• Create and administer content on all social media platforms, such as YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure 3rd party sales representatives and engineer engagement.

Event Planning

• Scout and select appropriate venue suitable for the type of event. Researching geographic locations and their main attractions.
• Organize facilities and details such as decor, product station layouts, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc.
• Manage and budget event finances. Reviewing bills and approving payments.
• Coordinating hotels, transportation, and food plan for corporate team members.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in a B2B demand generation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a “can do” attitude.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Digital marketing literacy required.
• Experience building, launching, and ing on campaigns using marketing automation and CRM.
• Experience managing 3rd party media consultants and design consultants a plus.
• Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
• Must be able to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
• Prefer proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere HubSpot (or comparable content management system), CRM, Excel, Word, and Power Point. Epicor ERP a plus and video editing software a plus. Knowledge of video and picture editing software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); attention to detail.
• Experience supporting customers in an external facing role.
• Occasionally required to visit construction sites which requires the ability to see, walk, stoop, bend, and climb.
• Must be able to move, lift or carry objects or materials weighing up to 25 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
