Semcasting, Inc Hiring for Digital Marketing Associates at North Andover, MA Full Time

Semcasting is experiencing strong growth and we have openings for multiple Digital Marketing Associate (DMA) positions. These positions are in-person roles based out of our North Andover, MA headquarters. The DMA will go through an extensive training program over a period of 3 to 4 months where day-to-day activities are focused on:

• Learning about data management, customer solutions and privacy.
• You will be trained in managing customer data, creating proposals and packaging solutions for top brands.
• You will learn how to write marketing copy for advertisers, and how to build collateral.
• You will be trained on how to manage the creation and optimization of digital advertising campaigns on top media platforms like Roku, the Trade Desk, Xander, Google, Facebook, and Interactive Television.
• You will learn the Semcasting value proposition
• You will learn how to evaluate and forecast business opportunities.

Having been exposed to a broad cross-section of the digital marketing business, you will have the opportunity to focus on Account Management of Customer Solutions, Campaign Management & Execution, or Marketing Services.

The background for potential Digital Marketing Associates:

• New or Recent Graduates with a 4-year degree
• Strong oral presentation skills
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• A history of competition: ex. team sports, musician, chess club, math geek, almost any activity that demonstrates facing challenge and success with grace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with integrity, professionalism, and dependability
• Analytical skills, familiarity with data, spreadsheets, pivot tables, statistics are a plus.
• Capabilities with Salesforce, Slack, PowerPoint, In-Design, Illustrator are also a plus.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising is a plus.
• A demonstrably organized and thoughtful decision making process.
• A solid work ethic, intellectual curiosity and a determination to succeed.
• Candidatesmust be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
