Use your customer service experience and problem solving skills to research and resolve EMS guardianship software issues for customers through phone, email and online support. Successful candidates will display the ability to communicate professionally with all types of customers and provide detailed instructions and timely follow up. This position will also lead monthly online EMS software training classes for customers. Customer Service and/or training experience strongly desired.
