Having a strong supply of talent is very important to us; as a result, we’ve created this new role within the HR team. The roles key requirement is to source talent, internally and externally, and ultimately successfully fill vacancies across the business. You’ll work closely with colleagues in the HR, L&D and Marketing & Coms.
As a resourcing specialist, you’ll advise managers on the best way to recruit and play an active role in our recruitment process. In addition, you will develop our employer value proposition (EVP) and ensure the applicant and recruiting manager experiences are positive.
To make a real impact, you’ll need to have;
Resourcing experience
Knowledge of sourcing candidates through Linkedin, social media platforms and online job sites
Experience of developing internal talent pools
An ability to build rapport and influence others
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
A focus on continuous improvement; using data and systems
CIPD qualification or studying towards
