Job role – Roofer

Location – Derbyshire

Duration – Temporary ongoing contract

Rate of Pay – £18.00 per hour + Company van and fuel card

Sellick Partnership are partnering a housing association with the recruitment of a Roofer to carry out work in the Derbyshire region on a temporary ongoing

Duties for the Roofer will include:

• Working on both void and tenanted properties on social housing schemes carrying out repairs and maintenance work
• Fitting insulation
• Cut and fit roofing felt
• Cover roofs with slates, tiles, sheets or cladding
• Carrying out both minor and major roofing repairs

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Qualification in Roofing – NVQ or City and Guilds (Preferred)
• Have experience working on social housing schemes (Desirable)
