We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our newly forming in-house recruitment team. A team with a clear mission. Find the best Talent. We’re not looking for someone to just source, we’re looking for someone that wants to act as an ambassador for our mission and someone who wants to progress, because if you’re not being promoted in 12 months then something has gone very wrong.

What will you be doing

• Working closely with hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
• Use various techniques, skills and experience to discover, identify and attract top talent
• Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both the technical or business skills as well as the culture fit
• Provide an incredible experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving interview and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates

What about you, what do you need to bring/have?

• Demonstrate a track record of hiring high volumes of candidates across different roles
• Can describe the process you personally undertake to ensure your candidates are of quality as well as number
• A reputation of being the ‘go to’ person for all things recruitment
• Proof that you have said no to work due to conflicting priorities before
• Can describe how you have managed hiring managers expectations in order to deliver the required candidate experience

Things that would be nice for you to have (please do not let any of these points prevent you from applying):

• Experience working in a finance, technology, product or commercial recruitment focused role
• Exposure working in a start-up/ hyper growth environment
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards or applicant tracking systems as tools for identifying and approaching candidates

• £35,000- £45,000 base salary, dependent on experience
