Full Job Description

Onboards new hires, including ensuring that all pre-hire requirements are met, including proper documentation collected and filed. Arranges appointments in Team Member Health and Wellness and ensures timely arrival for that appointment. Orders and screens background checks. Communicates effectively with new hires and their hiring managers. Maintains ID badge system/process for the organization. Provides/maintains data for personnel files and database records to include personal data. Serves as backup to front area when needed. Performs any other job related duties as requested by Director, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Vice President of Human Resources and Director, Human Resources.

3 years Human Resources experience required. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field preferred. Prior healthcare Human Resources experience preferred. Excellent computer, data entry, communication and organizational skills.
