The role

Seleni seeks a Patient Coordinator for our clinic. This role will assist with various important patient touch points as well as administrative needs for our beautiful clinic. Our ideal candidate is empathetic and personable as well as hyper-organized and resourceful. We welcome candidates who share our passion for supporting the emotional health of individuals and families during the family building years and our belief that doing so can unlock the potential of future generations.

Patient Coordinator

• Answer patient and prospective patient inquiries over the phone and email
• Have structured, initial phone conversations with prospective patients about their needs
• Coordinate with patients and clinicians for scheduling and other patient needs.
• Check patients in when they visit the clinic
• Maintain the appearance, functionality, and supplies for our office
• Process payments for patients
• Review and coordinate patients’ insurance benefits
• Be available to answer any follow-up questions that patients may have
