Select Technical Staffing Hiring for Engineering Manager Full Time

Summary/Objective:

Our organization requires an Engineering Manager with many years engineering experience in building material handling equipment and proven leadership skills. You can expect to work on many projects at the same time, build and manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines through inhouse and outsourcing avenues. You are expected to formulate and execute strategies to continue the design and development of our standard line of equipment as well as provide the customization required by some customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional foresight, excellent communication skills, a working knowledge of different engineering and manufacturing disciplines and how they relate to one another.

Responsibilities:

· Propose and mange budgets for projects

· Supervise the work of multiple teams

· Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time

· Researching and developing designs and products

· Determining the need for training and talent development

· Hiring and managing third party vendors as necessary

· Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering

· 5 years’ experience working with Bulk Materials Handling Similar To Our Products

· Proven Supervisory and Technical Skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $117,051.00 – $122,181.00 per year
