We are a new center, thriving to offer a balanced and fun learning environment for children, which would help them to be more creative, social, emotionally aware, and thankful. This is a leadership position which will allow you to inspire, hire and lead a team of qualified teachers in providing the best learning and development experience for children and their families. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Center directors manage the early learning program and set appropriate program and staff expectations.
• As a Center Director, you will be part of the management team responsible for providing leadership support. This includes leading academy operations, program oversight, team development, family relations, marketing, and enrollment building.

Requirements:

• Candidate should have all credentials required for the position of a Center Director per WAC or be willing to get them shortly after joining
• Minimum two (2) years of full-time experience in managing center-based programs as a Center Director or similar management role
• A thorough knowledge of WA Licensing regulations (WACs) for child-care centers and a great understanding of developmentally-appropriate practices

• Must have at least an AA degree in child-care or management, or related field.
• Strong verbal, and written communication skills
• Have positive attitude, Action oriented, organized, focused on getting the right things done

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
