The company
The Select Healthcare Group is a family run business that was founded in the 1980’s with just one residential care home. Over the past three decades we have rapidly expanded our family of care homes and now have facilities in some of the most beautiful, relaxing surroundings in England. We currently have 30 care homes covering Mental Health, Nursing, Learning Difficulties, Rehabilitation, Challenging behaviours and residential care.
About the role
You will be working as part of our finance department at our Head Office in Dudley. We are looking for someone who is able to fit in to the team and bring their experience to support the department.
Your duties will include:
· Input purchase invoices
· Prepare weekly payment runs
· Review aged creditors report
· Reconcile supplier statements
· Resolve supplier queries
· Reconcile inter-company accounts
· Purchase payments – cash book
· Allocation of payments
· Expense payments
· Daily posting of cash book payments
What we need from you
· Sage line 50 experience working with purchase and nominal ledgers
· Experience of working in a multi company environment
