Seldin Company is seeking a Part Time Assistant Property Manager at Scott Meadows, Moundview Manor and Trinity Pointe apartment communities in Marion, Iowa. This is an affordable property with 108 units. This position will pay up to $16 an hour. The amount will be determined by experience, certifications, skills and education.

The Part-Time Assistant Community Manager will work with the Community Business Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the property.
